Pape-Dawson Engineers, Inc. Welcomes Marlow as Vice President of Texas Transportation Programs
Marlow has spent the last 35 years working in contract management, transportation project management (including planning, design and construction), bridge and construction inspection and owner verification representation. He has experience in operations management, transportation and traffic engineering, schematic and environmental document development and approval, PS&E development and building site management and engineering.
Much of Marlow’s experience comes from his 28-year career with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), where he led numerous projects ranging from interchange and large complex freeway design and rehabilitation to rural roadway widening. In 2001 and 2002, Marlow was the recipient of the Commitment to Design Excellence Award from the TxDOT Design Division.

Marlow earned a Bachelor of Science in engineering from Midwestern State University in 2007. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Texas and Oklahoma.
