With an engineering background that spans more than two decades, Reeves has served in technical and management roles for water and wastewater treatment planning; pipeline modeling, planning, design, construction, and management; and rehabilitation and design of roadway and drainage systems.

Reeves will lead strategic growth, financial management, and client relationships for the North Texas infrastructure group in his new capacity.
