Ford joins LAN with nearly 20 years of architectural, construction, and program management experience. Most recently, he served as the Senior Manager of Facilities Planning & Design for the Houston Independent School District for the past 10 years. There, he successfully gave leadership to multiple roles for the district’s $2.1 billion 2012 Facilities Capital Improvement Bond Program, which produced one of the largest portfolios of USGBC LEED-certified schools in the country and a considerable number of award-winning academic facilities for the district.

Ford holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Southern University A&M College and a master’s degree in architecture from Savannah College of Art and Design.
