Salazar Joins Pape-Dawson Engineers as Associate Vice President of the Water Resources Team
Salazar comes to Pape-Dawson with 34 years of experience in civil engineering. His area of focus includes developing, managing and implementing municipal water and wastewater conveyance system improvements. Throughout his career, Salazar has assumed a variety of leadership roles and contributed to improving communities in Texas, by managing CIP programs at municipal water and public works entities, and leading project teams during the development of new region-wide infrastructure systems or rehabilitation of existing water/wastewater systems.

In addition to impacting the community through infrastructure implementation, Salazar serves as an industry leader through active membership with the American Water Works Association, Water Environment Federation and Water Environment Association of Texas.
Salazar earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 1984. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas.
