DALLAS, TX — Pfluger Architects, Inc. announces the addition of Alex Zulas as Senior Project Architect to their Dallas-Fort Worth office.
Zulas began his career in New York after graduating from Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Master of Science in architecture design and computation. In 2014, he moved to Texas and has contributed to the design of several award-winning projects.
"Pfluger is excited to have Alex join our team as we build our Dallas-Fort Worth presence. Alex is a seasoned architect with an exceptional design aesthetic, and his addition brings a combined 100 years of experience to our DFW office," said Brad Pfluger, CEO.
Zulas is a licensed architect with over 18 years of professional experience. During his career, he has been exposed — as Designer, Project Architect, and Project Manager — to a range of complex projects including higher education (science and tech labs), institutional, civic, and aviation and transportation facilities.
Zulas said that his long term professional goal is to create buildings that are carefully articulated and crafted for its place, environment, and context; being at the same time financially responsible.
Pfluger's Dallas-Fort Worth office opened in 2019. It is located in Dallas' Historic West End District and is headed by Terry Hoyle as Managing Principal. Zulas is currently leading projects for clients in central, north, and east Texas.
