"When we started MBCO in 2015, we knew that we were going to be different," said Bonnie Moss, President and Co-Founder of MBCO. "We recently rebranded to have our external identity reflect our true inner MBCO personality."
The giraffe has long been MBCO's official mascot and the firm embraced it to differentiate MBCO as "a tower above." This means working as a tower — the name for a group of giraffes — to deliver engineering and surveying.
"Our core values have always been at the heart of everything we do," Moss said. "Extreme responsiveness, results over resume, transparency, humble confidence — these values guide us every day as we continue to grow."
In eight years, MBCO has grown from four partners to a team of 36 employees. The company has worked on a wide range of public and private projects for flood control districts, departments of transportation, municipalities, counties, and commercial developers. With their growth and success came expansion into San Antonio this year to serve central Texas.
