HOUSTON, TX — Morgan DeBorde joins Flintco as Business Development Manager in the Houston, Texas, office. DeBorde brings a wealth of experience in business development and client relationship management to her new role at Flintco.

In her position, DeBorde will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic business plans, focusing on winning and maintaining clients and projects. She will utilize her expertise in market analysis, proposal development, and client relationship management to foster long-term relationships with clients, leading to repeat business and referrals.

DeBorde holds a Bachelor of Science in agribusiness and a Master of Science in business administration from Texas A&M University. She is an active member of the Association for Learning Environments Gulf Coast region and the Society for Marketing Professional Services in Houston.

In addition to her professional achievements, DeBorde demonstrates a commitment to community service through her involvement as a district mentor in the Pearland ISD Rise Mentorship Program, where she provides guidance to youth in various aspects of their personal and educational development.
