As President of Primoris’ Utilities business, Moedl will oversee the segment’s strategic direction, encompassing operational excellence, quality performance, client relationships, and employee development. Moedl most recently served as President of Power Delivery Inc., where he managed the development and capital deployment of startups for power delivery entities. Previously, he held leadership roles at both Quanta Services and HDR, with accomplishments including managing large scale billion-dollar programmatic efforts, deploying and directing storm and wildfire responses, and implementing engineering, procurement, and construction project delivery.

Moedl has a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering technology from Montana State University and a Master of Business Administration in project management from the New York Institute of Technology.
