LAN Adds Barton, Conlan and Khammampati as Senior Project Managers
Barton has more than 15 years of experience leading engineering and design teams on storm water drainage projects in the Houston area. These include working on disaster recovery repairs, assessing and designing drainage improvements in various counties and assisting clients with grant funding. He has served clients such as the Harris County Flood Control District, Brazoria and Galveston Counties. Barton received his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Houston.
Conlan has 18 years of experience as a Water Resources Engineer responsible for handling multiple hydrologic and hydraulic-related studies and designs. These include the evaluation, management and construction of a collection of drainage facilities and roadway improvement projects. Conlan received his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University.
Khammampati has served public and private clients for the past 15 years on projects related to water resources, land development and transportation. Previously, he served other national consulting engineering firms as Project Manager and Director of Engineering. Khammampati has master’s degrees in civil engineering and coastal engineering from Lamar University, Beaumont, Texas and Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, respectively.Both
