- $1.63 million to the City of Idalou (Lubbock County) for a water system project
- $17.49 million to the City of Mason (Mason County) for water system improvements
- $4.4 million to the City of Bandera (Bandera County) for wastewater system improvements
- $15 million to the City of Bronte (Coke County) to address emerging contaminants
- $1.99 million to the Dog Ridge Water Supply Corporation (Bell County) for water system improvements
- $2.44 million to the City of Daisetta (Liberty County) to address emerging contaminants
- $1.9 million to the New Ulm Water Supply Corporation (Austin County) for a wastewater treatment plant replacement project
- $18.99 million to the East Rio Hondo Water Supply Corporation (Cameron County) for water system improvements
- $14.01 million to the East Rio Hondo Water Supply Corporation (Cameron County) for water system improvements
- $4.97 million to the Angelina and Neches River Authority (Angelina County) for a water system project
- $4.25 million to the City of Crockett (Houston County) for a water system project
- $11.66 million to the City of Crockett (Houston County) for a wastewater system project
