Pape-Dawson Engineers Announces Addition of McKinney to the Fort Worth Office

FORT WORTH, TX — Pape-Dawson Engineers, Inc. welcomes Dustin McKinney, PMP to the company’s transportation team in Fort Worth. As the Transportation Programs Specialist, McKinney will be responsible for growing the Texas transportation practice with a primary client focus on the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).

With 25 years of experience, McKinney has been integral in overseeing aspects of operational, program and project management within the civil engineering field. His area of focus includes contract management and administration, risk management and contract development and review. He developed and oversaw procedures for project and financial management plans, design and construction review and FHWA reporting on multiple transportation projects for TxDOT’s Austin and Dallas districts.

“Dustin is joining the Pape-Dawson team with an incredible amount of experience in project management,” said Pape-Dawson Vice President of Transportation Christine Graygor, PE. “His knowledge and background will help us grow our transportation services in the region.”

In addition to his work within the transportation industry, McKinney is also a member of the Project Management Institute and the Design-Build Institute of America.

McKinney earned his Bachelor of Science in management from the University of Phoenix in 2010. He is a licensed Project Management Professional in Texas.
