Hillwood Opens The Cadence, a New Urban Living Apartment Community at Frisco Station
“We are excited to open The Cadence at Frisco Station and continue to provide best-in-class urban living apartment homes for the growing demand in the Frisco region,” said Mark McHenry, Managing Director and Vice President of Hillwood Multifamily. “The Cadence provides an unparalleled location in the Frisco market with access to the open space amenities of Frisco Station, the walkability to the numerous retail, restaurant, and entertainment amenities at the adjacent The Star, and the proximity to all of the major employers in the Frisco and north Plano region, including the Offices at Frisco Station, Hall Office Park, and Legacy West employment centers. The community was thoughtfully designed to provide residents with a wide selection of luxury apartment homes combined with relaxing indoor and outdoor social spaces, co-working amenities, and technology enhancements, creating an environment to promote a lifestyle of convenience with healthy work/life balance.”
The Cadence at Frisco Station, a five-story, urban-style community, brings a mix of one- and two-bedroom units and studio and townhome offerings. Each apartment home features a Dwelo smart home technology package, open island kitchens with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, large walk-in closets, and designer plumbing and lighting fixtures, among other elements. In addition, residents can enjoy an array of lifestyle amenities throughout the community, including a resident lounge and coffee bar, co-working space with private offices and conference room, two-story fitness center, an outdoor courtyard with a resort-style pool, pool-side cabanas, and courtyard lounge, secured bike storage, pet washing facility, and electric car charging stations.
Furthermore, The Cadence at Frisco Station has direct connectivity to the newly completed park expansion, Canyon East and the existing 1.3-acre park, The Bend. Weaving between the Hub and Urban Living Districts, the master-planned park system is integrated with AT&T’s 5G, providing enhanced reliability throughout Frisco Station and the park system. With the delivery of Canyon East, Frisco Station now has nearly six acres of walkable and accessible open space throughout the development, along with regional trail connectivity.
The Cadence at Frisco Station is the second urban living community developed by Hillwood in the Urban Living District, which will eventually provide up to 2,400 residential apartment homes. The first phase, Station House, was sold earlier this year to a Virginia-based family investment firm.
