Ingram has extensive experience performing feasibility studies, intersection safety evaluations, access management, signal timings, toll system evaluations, transit studies, traffic signal design, alternative intersection analysis/design, intelligent transportation system planning, port planning, and sub-regional mobility studies.
Prior to joining HNTB, Ingram served as the National Traffic Practice Lead for another consulting firm. He holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas, Missouri, Louisiana, Minnesota, Arkansas, and Alabama.
