Jeffus received a Bachelor of Science from Stephen F. Austin University, where he serves on the external board for the university’s new Construction Management Program. He is a Certified Development, Design, and Construction Professional under the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) criteria. ICSC CenterBuild recognized Jeffus as a 20 Under 40 young professional in 2014, and he completed the Urban Land Institute North Texas Center for Leadership program in 2019.
