Ezell Joins Halff as Vice President and Federal Programs Director
“Halff has been in the federal market for a long time, but adding Brad is key to expanding our Federal Programs practice,” said Chief Strategy Officer Russell Zapalac. “Given his track record of overseeing large government projects for many years, he will be an asset to our Federal Programs team and lead us to opportunities that will ultimately strengthen our position in the market and add to the stability of our firm.”
Ezell comes to Halff from a national A/E firm, where he served as Senior Vice President overseeing the firm’s Oklahoma City office and all business development activities for the federal government market. While serving in this capacity, he led project teams on a variety of domestic and international project types, including headquarters and mission critical/data center facilities. Two of his most notable projects include the $155-million Secure Administration Operations Facility at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, and the $45-million Secure Communications Facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Ezell earned his Bachelor of Science in architectural engineering from Kansas State University and his Master of Science in management from Southern Nazarene University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (mechanical) in numerous states and is on the board of directors for the United Way of Central Oklahoma, where he serves as Chair of the Community Investment Committee.
