DALLAS, TX — Dallas-based MYCON General Contractors, Inc. (MYCON) has promoted two long-standing leaders, Chip Myers and Ryan Stoll, to Senior Vice President. Both Myers and Stoll, who are partners in the company, have been integral to MYCON’s success and growth over the years.

“Chip and Ryan embody the leadership, innovation, and commitment that have driven MYCON to where we are today,” said Charles R. Myers, President and CEO of MYCON. “Their promotions reflect their immense contributions to the company and their continued dedication to shaping our future.”

Since officially joining MYCON in 2016, Myers has played a vital role in the company’s expansion, particularly in Nashville and the Eastern United States. Known for his strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership, Myers has been key in building client relationships and fostering team development. He holds a degree in construction science from Texas A&M University and is actively involved in industry organizations such as the ULI Local Product Council for Hospitality.

Ryan Stoll, Partner and Senior Vice President

Stoll joined MYCON as an Intern in 2006. Over the years, he has made significant contributions, particularly in the industrial market sector. He has been involved in the development and stewardship of the MYCON Educational Foundation, which plays a critical role in fostering the next generation of construction professionals and technological advancements in the construction field. Stoll holds a Master of Business Administration from West Texas A&M University and is on the executive committee and a board member of the Texas A&M University Construction Industry Advisory Council. He is also engaged in leadership programs through The Real Estate Council and NAIOP.

As Senior Vice Presidents, Myers and Stoll will take on expanded roles, further developing MYCON’s corporate and market strategies to support continuous growth. They will also continue to ensure the successful completion and financial outcomes of projects for MYCON’s clients while mentoring the next generation of MYCON leaders.
